About Me
Hi, I’m Christelle — a holistic therapist with a heart-centered approach to healing and personal growth. I bring together over a decade of experience as a Registered Social Worker, Certified Naturopath, and Certified Yoga Teacher, weaving these modalities with intuitive energetic practices to support the mind, body and spirit as an interconnected whole.
I specialize in mental and emotional wellbeing, supporting people as they navigate life’s more challenging seasons. I’m also passionate about helping individuals move toward a more intentional and meaningful way of living — physically, emotionally and energetically — while supporting those on a path of self-discovery and growth.
My career began in healthcare, where I supported individuals and families through significant health changes, including terminal illness, end-of-life care, grief and bereavement. These experiences deeply shaped my understanding of life’s fragility and continue to inform my work today. I bring both professional training and lived experience into my practice, offering a perspective that extends beyond textbooks and theory into real, human understanding. This journey has led me to explore more integrative and holistic approaches to healing, moving beyond traditional frameworks into a more expansive way of supporting wellbeing. It has also shaped how I live my own life — with gratitude, presence and a commitment to following my dreams.
On a more personal note, I’m a wife and mother of two, a world explorer and a lifelong student of the human experience. These roles, along with my love of travel, learning and nature, continue to shape how I understand resilience, connection and care in both life and practice.
If you feel aligned, I welcome you to connect and explore how we can work together.
