Group Experiences
…that Support Wellbeing through Movement, Mindfulness & Reflection
Regular yoga and meditation classes are held at Innzen Wellness Centre, offering a consistent space for movement, mindfulness and grounding practices.
In addition to this, I also offer online classes that combine yoga, meditation and reflective and educational practices designed to support nervous system regulation. These sessions often include gentle movement, breathwork and guided reflection, helping participants develop tools to calm the mind, learn to meditate, build awareness, and reconnect with the body.
A new offering I am currently developing includes private group experiences designed for workplaces, small communities and other group settings. These sessions are built around reflective and educational themes informed by my background as a Registered Social Worker, while also being adaptable to the needs and interests of each group. Topics may include learning to cope with stress, learning to meditate, building mindfulness, improving emotional awareness and tuning inward to better understand personal responses and patterns. Each session can integrates gentle movement, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation and guided reflection to support regulation, insight, and connection.
From Practice to Teaching
Wellness has long been a meaningful part of my life, with yoga and meditation becoming especially important over time. What began as a personal interest gradually evolved into a deeper practice—one that continues to shape how I understand and support well-being today.
Through these practices, I’ve learned the value of slowing down, being present and listening to the body with greater awareness. They offer a way to find balance and steadiness, even during life’s more demanding seasons.
This journey led me to Rishikesh, India—often known as the Yoga Capital of the World—where I deepened my studies in traditional teachings that have been honored for generations. I am a Certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.
My approach brings together these foundations with a more intuitive, calming style. I strive to create a space that feels supportive and accessible—where you can reconnect with yourself.
