Individual Sessions

My services focus primarily on mental and emotional health, while also honoring the deep connection between mind and body. Each session integrates traditional talk therapy with a holistic blend of approaches, including CBT, mindfulness practices, somatic work, naturopathy-inspired approaches and energy-based support.

This integrative approach is designed to meet you where you are and support a wide range of experiences, including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, illness or terminal illness, grief and loss, chronic pain, fatigue or low vitality, sleep difficulties or simply a desire to deepen self-understanding and personal or spiritual growth.

Sessions are offered both in-person and virtually for flexibility and accessibility. Services are covered by most extended health insurance plans.
